We are excited to announce an opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager - Redi-Mix Concrete to join our dynamic team! What You'll Do:
  • Prepare accurate customer quotes based on our pricing matrix, ensuring clarity on product quality and services. You'll help clients understand our offerings!
  • Place orders and monitor production and delivery to ensure timely fulfillment. Your diligence will ensure clients receive what they need!
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to enhance satisfaction and increase activity across sectors. Your relationship-building skills are crucial for our success!
  • Collaborate with management to plan objectives, coordinate operations, and establish procedures to achieve goals. Your strategic input will shape our future!
  • Execute a strategic plan to maintain regular contact with customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Your dedication will keep clients returning!
  • Troubleshoot customer complaints regarding billing, quality, and service. Your problem-solving skills will ensure client satisfaction!
  • Provide efficient resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Your commitment to excellence will leave a lasting impression!
  • Assist Billing and Credit departments in resolving account issues. Your teamwork will keep operations running smoothly!
  • Participate in networking events to promote our products and services. Your networking skills will open doors for us!
  • Assist customers and Quality Control in expediting mix design submittals. Your attention to detail will ensure we meet our clients' needs!
  • Perform project research and review specifications for quality control verification prior to bidding. Your thoroughness will help us win bids!
  • Monitor contractor performance in credit, pricing, delivery, and purchasing. Assist accounting with billing and collections. Your insights will drive our success!

What You Need to be Successful:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years’ construction industry experience, preferably in the target market.
  • Concrete industry experience preferred. 
  • Excellent people skills and customer-focused philosophy.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with people at all operations levels.
  • Must have experience in budget and goal preparation, contract negotiation and program development.
  • Computer proficiency to include Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Have good mathematics skills including use of feet, inches, and fractions.
  • Valid driver’s license in state of residence.

 

 

Pay Range

Pay Range

$85,000 - $95,000 USD
