📍Wholesale Account Executive – Eastern United States (Remote)

 

👋 We are on the hunt for a sales-driven, partner-obsessed Wholesale Account Executive to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound sales and driving adoption of the Knock Bridge Loan™ across mortgage lenders and real estate agents. You'll operate in a B2B2C environment—partnering with professionals to drive volume and provide better experiences for homeowners.

 

You will own strategic relationships within a defined territory, execute scalable growth strategies, and support cross-functional initiatives to drive loan application volume. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in wholesale or retail B2B sales within lending, who thrives in a startup-like, high-growth environment.

 

What You'll Do

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for driving new business in your assigned territory

  • Develop and execute scalable outbound strategies to convert prospects—loan officers, branch managers, and real estate agents—into Knock partners

  • Manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts; nurture relationships to deepen engagement and increase application volume

  • Achieve a minimum of 60 loan applications per month through effective outreach, education, and partner enablement

  • Host regular meetings, training sessions, and workshops with lender and agent partners to communicate product updates, review performance, and drive adoption

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and support) to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and their customers

  • Lead strategic initiatives to grow top-of-funnel engagement and drive repeat applications

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including partnerships, leads, pipeline growth, and loan applications

  • Champion collaboration and contribute to a high-performing, positive team culture

What You'll Bring

  • At least 2 years of business development or growth experience
  • Current or former real estate or mortgage license required
  • Experience in SaaS sales is a strong plus
  • Proven, measurable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets 📈
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for growing partnerships and improving partner experiences
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders 🗣️

💵 Compensation and Benefits

The candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Our Compensation Philosophy: As a fully remote (U.S.-based) workforce, our goal is to ensure that all Knockstars are fairly compensated.

Please note that the salary information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position. The on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is $200,000: $60,000.00 USD base salary + uncapped incentive plan.
