š We are on the hunt for a sales-driven, partner-obsessed Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound sales and driving adoption of the Knock Bridge Loan⢠across mortgage lenders and real estate agents. You'll operate in a B2B2C environmentāpartnering with professionals to drive volume and provide better experiences for homeowners.
You will own strategic relationships within a defined territory, execute scalable growth strategies, and support cross-functional initiatives to drive loan application volume. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup-like, high-growth environment.
What You'll Do:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for driving new business in your assigned territory
- Develop and execute scalable outbound strategies to convert prospectsāloan officers, branch managers, and real estate agentsāinto Knock partners
- Manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts; nurture relationships to deepen engagement and increase application volume
- Achieve a minimum of 70 loan applications per month through effective outreach, education, and partner enablement
- Host regular meetings, training sessions, and workshops with lender and agent partners to communicate product updates, review performance, and drive adoption
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and support) to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and their customers
- Lead strategic initiatives to grow top-of-funnel engagement and drive repeat applications
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including partnerships, leads, pipeline growth, and loan applications
- Champion collaboration and contribute to a high-performing, positive team culture

Please note that the salary information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position. The on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is $200,000+ : $80,000 - $100,000.00 USD base salary + uncapped incentive plan.
