Clearwater positions open to candidates located in greater Tampa Bay area.

As the Snr. Product Manager for Data and Platform Insights, you will champion a "Curate then Democratize" strategy. Initially, you will focus on perfecting our native, curated reporting—ensuring every Admin has immediate, actionable insights to prove ROI. Simultaneously, you will lay the groundwork to democratize this data by defining how our APIs and data pipelines enable sophisticated enterprise customers to extend these insights into their own reporting ecosystems. You are the bridge between complex data engineering and the customer's need for operational clarity.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Insights Roadmap: Define the product strategy for our Reporting, Analytics, and Risk Scoring capabilities. You will balance the immediate delivery of polished, out-of-the-box Executive Reports with the long-term vision of opening up our data architecture for customer self-service.
  • Turn Data into Outcomes: Move beyond static tables. Design customer-facing dashboards and visualizations that highlight "Risk Areas" and proactively suggest remediation steps (e.g., "This group needs more training on CEO Fraud") and clearly demonstrate Business Outcomes to the relevant stakeholder.
  • Enterprise Extensibility: Define how our platform "hooks" into the broader enterprise ecosystem. While you don't need to be a Tableau wizard, you must understand how data exports and APIs enable customers to ingest our risk score and platform data into their own tools (Splunk, Power BI, etc.) for deeper analysis.
  • Master the Customer Data Lifecycle: Work closely with Data Engineering to ensure our customer-facing data pipelines are performant and accurate. You will ensure that the massive scale of data we ingest is transformed into meaningful reports without user-perceived latency.
  • Executive Storytelling: Build reporting features specifically designed for the C-Suite and Board of Directors, making it effortless for Admins to demonstrate the ROI of the KnowBe4 platform.
  • Customer Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research with our customers to understand the questions they wish they could answer, identifying gaps that competitors miss.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, specifically managing data-heavy products, analytics platforms, or B2B SaaS reporting tools.
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related technical field preferred.
  • Data Ecosystem Fluency: You understand the "hooks" of the data ecosystem. You might not build Power BI dashboards daily, but you understand API structures, data exports, and how enterprise customers consume SaaS data in external BI tools.
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to engage in technical trade-off conversations with Data Engineers regarding latency, storage, and query performance.
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with JIRA, Figma, and comfort with Google Workspace.
  • Analytical Storytelling: The ability to look at a spreadsheet of raw data and visualize the "Headline" that a user needs to see.
  • Extreme Ownership: You thrive in ambiguous environments where you own the outcome of your data accuracy and product success.
  • Influence Mastery: Exceptional ability to work with diverse teams (Engineering, QA, Sales) by leading without authority.
  • Strategic Problem Solver: You balance solving for existing customers' reporting needs today while designing for the AI-driven data future of 2-5 years from now.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
