The Motion Graphics Animators create animated 2- and 3-dimensional images to help enhance the current interactive training modules into world-class, dynamic e-learning material. It is important that they provide fresh ideas with original solutions through video and animation. The creative process at different stages may include conceptualization, storyboarding, animating, and editing.

Responsibilities:

• Create multimedia assets for e-learning modules
• Create graphics and photo editing to use in animations
• Effects sequencing
• Edit video and existing animations
• Perform sound mixing and synchronization
• Collaborate effectively with a creative team
• Involvement in the creative development process from the very beginning 
• Work within deadlines
• Take an active role in creating and supporting content that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive as outlined in the KnowBe4 DEI statement
• Ensure content is Web Content Accessible Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) compliant so that our content is accessible to all users

Requirements:

• B.A., BFA or comparable work/life experience
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite programs (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience in creating and editing illustrated animations
• Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
• Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Excellent time management and organization skills
