The Snr. Security Awareness Content Specialist is a key contributor in helping sales and customer success managers position KnowBe4’s security awareness training library. The ideal candidate is a master of all the content available to our customers and the best practices for implementing security awareness and compliance training programs. This role will develop documentation and assist in answering questions as well as get on calls with customers to assist with questions, facilitate sales, and drive usage.
Responsibilities:
- Leads strategic review and analysis of security awareness training content offering.
- Develops comprehensive training plans for global markets.
- Implements data-driven optimization strategies to maximize client engagement and value.
- Performs review of new content each month and updates recommended training content documentation.
- Collaborates with global content specialist team to ensure congruency in regional recommended training plans.
- Advises on best practices for implementing large-scale learning plans using KnowBe4’s industry-leading security awareness and compliance content
- Support internal and external customers with onboarding, implementation, and product usage
- Solicits and reviews customer feedback with regard to topics, localizations, and quality of content.
- Provides customer feedback to the content development teams to help inform roadmaps.
- Answer questions and provide internal and external customer support for the security awareness training library.
- Thinks globally and stays attune with regional security awareness training law updates and cultural expectations.
- Builds and maintains relationships with executive stakeholders
- Presents content recommendations to leadership, and advocates for resources to support content excellence.
- Support marketing efforts related to the security awareness training library.
- Provides training and support to junior team members.
- Takes an active role in creating and supporting content that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
- Contributes to continual improvement of our processes, quality, and efficiency as we grow
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Security Awareness, Instructional Design or related field/experience
- Excellent communication skills - both written and on the phone
- Experience with development and updating documentation
- Minimum 2 years of experience advising clients on learning plans related to security awareness training
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing customer support
- Experience with translations a plus
- Experience with project management software
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent time management and organization skills
The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 - $80,000 including base, bonuses and commissions.
