The Opportunity

Join our Channel Sales team as the strategic catalyst driving growth and partner success across the LATAM region. As a Channel Account Manager, you’ll be the primary engine behind a robust ecosystem of partners, turning high-potential relationships into consistent revenue and market expansion. You’ll own the end-to-end partner experience: from initial onboarding and strategic business planning to equipping sales teams with the tools they need to win. The successful candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, possesses a sharp sales aptitude, and takes genuine pride in being the trusted advisor who helps our partners scale their business through our industry-leading security platform.

What You'll Do

  • Partner Portfolio Management: Own and nurture a large portfolio of established partners, building professional relationships that drive increased deal registrations and Net New customers.

  • Strategic Enablement: Conduct discovery sessions and strategic business planning with key partners, guiding their sales and marketing teams on the best approaches to position our solutions.

  • Demand Generation: Leverage marketing content to develop joint plans with premier partners, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and portal resources necessary to generate leads.

  • Sales Execution: Manage an accurate pipeline and forecast, performing product demos and portal walkthroughs to enable partners while meeting monthly sales volume targets.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain thorough records in Salesforce; including calls, emails, and tasks, to ensure full visibility into the partner lifecycle and compliance with agreements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between partners and our internal Direct Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless experience for every end-user.

What You Bring

  • LATAM Market Expertise: Proven experience working within the channel or with IT channel partners in the LATAM region; you understand the unique nuances of this market.

  • Linguistic Versatility: You are fluent in Spanish and possess the English proficiency required to excel in global training and internal collaboration.

  • Sales Aptitude: A track record of managing high-volume sales environments where you’ve successfully identified partner pain points and moved the needle on revenue.

  • Communication Skills: You are a clear, engaging communicator who can deliver a compelling pitch, write professional correspondence, and leave messages that actually get returned.

  • Tech-Savvy Mindset: Comfortable navigating Salesforce and Google Workspace, with the ability to quickly master new security concepts and product features.

  • Results-Oriented Drive: You thrive in a performance-based culture where time management and self-motivation are the keys to hitting your objectives.

Bonus points if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or background in the IT Security field.

  • Direct experience with Channel Sales workflows and partner portal management.

  • Familiarity with the cybersecurity competitive landscape.
