The Renewal Specialist Admin will be responsible for assisting the Global Renewal Specialist team in administrative tasks related to, but not limited to, the process of generating, sending, and revising renewal, add-on, and upgrade quotes for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Renewal, add-on, and upgrade quote generation as needed
- Refresh outstanding quote proration and expiration as needed
- Review of discounts, free months, payment terms, etc. offered at initial purchase or prior to renewal
- Act as additional reviewer of opportunity hygiene to ensure correct data entry and staging
- Submit won opportunities for processing as requested
- Assist with Custom Quotes as requested
- Assist with training new team members as requested
- Log and monitor personal team statistics on a daily basis
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong collaborative and team work skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
