A Manager of Data Enrichment and GTM Plays is a revenue operations focused role responsible for ensuring that the sales team has high-quality, actionable data and structured strategies to target that data effectively. This manager bridges the gap between Sales, Marketing, and Data and Analytics (D&A) by automating lead enrichment and deploying targeted sales strategies ("plays") into CRM and sales engagement tools. This role is crucial for ensuring that sales representatives spend less time researching and more time talking to highly qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Segmentation: Use enriched data to segment the audience for tailored sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Data Governance: Collaborate with D&A to Establish data standards, validation rules, and protocols for data entry and maintenance.

Sales Plays & Activation (30-40%):

  • Playbook Development: Design "sales plays"—structured outreach strategies (e.g., targeted and personalized email messaging, LinkedIn outreach) tailored to specific segments (e.g., "fast-growing FinTech companies in the US").
  • Salesforce Integration: Push enriched data directly into sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft) so reps can begin outreach immediately.
  • Account Targeting: Identify "white-space" opportunities and map buying groups / committees by uncovering subsidiaries, affiliates, and decision-makers.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor KPIs such as call volume, conversation rates, and lead generation numbers to identify gaps and refine plays.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Data Accuracy/Completeness Rate: Percentage of records with complete firmographic and contact data.
  • Lead-to-Meeting Conversion Rate: Effectiveness of sales plays in generating meetings.
  • Data Enrichment ROI: Impact on pipeline generation and deal closure rates.
  • AE / SDR Productivity: Increase in outbound outreach volume due to less research time.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or data management.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce
  • Expert-level knowledge of tools like ZoomInfo, Clay, 6Sense and / or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
