
Executive Assistant (Customer Success SVPs) (Remote)

The ideal candidate is a proactive go-getter who excels at keeping "all the balls in the air." You will act as a critical tracking mechanism and operational sounding board for leadership, ensuring seamless execution across the global Customer Success ecosystem. While mastery of baseline administrative tasks is essential, your real impact will come from your ability to drive follow-through, think creatively, and manage complex cross-functional deliverables.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Coordination: Act as the central tracking hub for the SVPs; driving follow-up and follow-through on key initiatives, managing deadlines, and ensuring team accountability.
- Documentation & Enablement: Assist the SVPs in building out internal customer success initiatives, organizing project frameworks, and creating/maintaining internal documentation and playbooks for the broader CSM organization.
- Calendar Management: Seamlessly manage and optimize complex, fluctuating calendars across multiple time zones for 3 global SVPs, treating schedule alignment as a baseline efficiency standard.
- Event & Onsite Coordination: Own the logistics for internal and external leadership events, including coordinating venue setups, managing guest invitations, organizing catering/meals, and overseeing badging/security requirements for executive onsites and offsites.
- Executive Assets: Prepare basic presentations, review reporting layouts, and organize documentation for critical executive alignment sessions.
- Travel & Expenses: Coordinate comprehensive global travel itineraries and process monthly expense reports accurately and efficiently.
- Operational Support: Serve as a reliable sounding board to leadership, helping prioritize incoming requests and filtering high-velocity operational noise.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience supporting global technology/SaaS executives in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of handling project coordination or administrative workflows for multiple leaders.
- SaaS Savvy & Fast-Paced: You thrive in a high-velocity environment, are incredibly quick on your feet, and adjust seamlessly to shifting priorities.
- Operationally Minded: You don't just schedule meetings; you understand why they matter and can intuitively connect the dots between tasks and business goals.
- Proactive Go-Getter: You think creatively, anticipate leadership needs before they arise, and possess the grit to track down answers independently.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional professional polish, diplomacy, and clarity required to interface with global executives and cross-functional teams.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient in G Suite/MS Office, with a strong aptitude for picking up internal SaaS collaboration, tracking, and dashboard tools quickly.
- Education: Associate’s Degree preferred; or equivalent practical experience.
This role is 100% remote, with preference given to candidates working (in FL/ near our Clearwater, FL Headquarters) to align with our global leadership team
The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 - $85,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
