As a Culture & Office Specialist of an International office, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and building the office environment/culture for your respective region while creating initiatives that help the team drive hyper-growth. You will work with the (Snr.) HR Operations Specialist, HR Director (International) and all stakeholders and leaders on the ground and globally. Furthermore, you will play an active role in employee well-being and ensuring a positive work environment and employee lifecycle experience. 

Responsibilities:

    • Office: 

      • Manage office supply and fruit/snack inventory; order supplies as needed. 
      • Coordinate with HR (and Facilities, if needed) on health, safety and facility aspects in the office. 
      • Manage workplace projects and vendors to ensure smooth operation of the office.
      • Perform other administrative duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying and shipping items.
      • Support the Facilities team where needed.

                   Culture, and employee engagement & well-being: 

      • Alignment and promotion of overall employee well-being, in close collaboration with HR Director (International) and (Snr.) HR Operations Specialist. 
      • Drive employee well-being initiatives, such as wellness challenges, hosting sessions, or health awareness campaigns, to support a balanced and engaged workforce.
      • Gather and share employee feedback through surveys, polls, or informal check ins to continuously improve culture initiatives and well-being programs. 
      • Monitor employee engagement and suggest areas of improvement.
      • Offers a safe space for employees (incl. remote workers) and contributes to a positive employee lifecycle.
      • Generate company wide announcements for distribution to all employees regarding overall culture initiatives (via Monthly Newsletters and other sources), and office related updates. 
      • Plan, implement, and successfully execute team events, trainings, and other activities as requested by HR and local leadership.
      • Assist with coordination of HR activities and welcoming visitors in the office.
      • Coordinate and execute all Culture related events (such as but not limited to EOM, team building activities, cross regional tournaments).
      • Coordinate with (Snr.) HR Operations Specialists and Office Managers in other regions on culture and employee well-being  initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer,etc)
  • Executive Administrative Assistant and/or Office Management experience desired
  • Experience with culture initiatives, organizing events and employee engagement
