AI Technology Demo Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented AI Technology Demo Specialist (Freelancer) to review technical course scripts, identify areas requiring visual demonstrations, and record high-quality screen demonstrations that align with instructional content. 

Current Project & Topic Focus:  

We are currently hiring freelancers specifically to develop screen demonstrations for the following upcoming courses: 

• Generative AI Fundamentals: Navigating ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini 
• Principles of Prompt Engineering 

Responsibilities: 

• Review technical course outlines and scripts and identify sections that require on-screen demonstrations. 

• Highlight the demo requirements, including tool navigation, user interactions, prompt inputs, generated outputs, and key concepts that need visual explanation. 

• Identify any technical issues, unclear instructions, or script-related concerns and communicate them to the production team. 

• Analyze scripts to determine the most effective way to visually demonstrate AI-powered workflows and practical applications. 

• Prepare required software environments, accounts, browser setups, and resources before recording. 

• Record professional screen demonstrations showcasing AI tools, features, settings, and user workflows. 

• Demonstrate effective usage of AI platforms, including entering prompts, refining instructions, reviewing outputs, and explaining practical use cases. 

• Ensure demonstrations accurately reflect the approved scripts and provide a clear learning experience. 

• Maintain consistency in cursor movement, screen flow, and overall presentation quality. 

• Re-record or update demo segments when revisions or corrections are required. 
• Deliver completed screen recordings according to project requirements and strict timelines. 

Required Experience and Skills: 

• Experience creating software walkthroughs, screen recordings, or learner-friendly instructional demonstrations. 

• Ability to explain technical processes clearly through visual demonstrations. 

• Familiarity with AI workflows, including generating content, analyzing responses, improving outputs, and applying best practices. 

• Strong understanding of browser-based applications, account setup, settings, and user interfaces. 

• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
