About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Revenue Operations and Event Manager to serve as a critical driver of Koalafi’s revenue growth and merchant engagement by blending operational excellence with high-impact event execution. The Revenue Operations and Events Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of Sales and Marketing requests, ensuring every initiative—from merchant-facing materials to strategic promotions—is delivered efficiently, accurately, and on time.

In partnership with Marketing and Sales, the Revenue Operations and Event Manager will help elevate Koalafi’s presence in the market through thought leadership distribution, coordinated merchant launch promotions, and the creation of engaging giveaways and contests that drive new enrollments and sales volumes. They will also oversee the production of marketing and point-of-purchase assets, ensuring quality execution across all merchant touchpoints.

On the events side, this person will plan and execute more than 20 conferences and client events annually, owning end-to-end logistics including budgets, timelines, vendor contracts, and onsite coordination. They will collaborate cross-functionally to define event goals and ensure all materials align with Koalafi’s brand and regulatory standards. Through performance tracking, ROI analysis, and post-event reporting, they will continuously refine Koalafi’s event strategy and ensure each event contributes directly to lead generation and business growth.

*This role will require 25-50% travel.

What You’ll Do 

Revenue Operations

  • Provide regular updates on marketing request management and fulfillment progress
  • Track and manage Sales and Marketing requests to ensure timely completion and delivery
  • Partner directly with Strategic Partnerships to promote Koalafi through thought leadership content and merchant marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate promotions for new merchant launches and distribution opportunities
  • Curate engaging giveaways, contests, and event activations to drive merchant participation and engagement
  • Manage communication and workflows with print vendors to support marketing and event asset production
  • Oversee additional marketing asset requests from merchants, ensuring high-quality and on-time fulfillment
  • Process and coordinate all POP (point-of-purchase) orders and related event materials
  • Support event planning and execution, including staffing logistics and ensuring appropriate on-site coverage
  • Utilize Salesforce and Jira to manage workflows, track requests, and maintain operational visibility

Events

  • Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics, including 20+ conferences and client events each year
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define event objectives, budgets, and success metrics
  • Develop and manage detailed event timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts (venues, caterers, audiovisual, décor, schedules, etc.)
  • Partnering closely with Marketing and Sales, ensure brand consistency and compliance with company and regulatory standards in all event materials and communications
  • Attend and support select conferences and events (approximately one per month) to ensure successful execution, provide onsite coordination, and gather direct feedback
  • Analyze event performance and prepare post-event reports, including feedback, ROI analysis, and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging event technologies to enhance engagement and efficiency
  • Responsible for meeting lead generation goals at each applicable event and conference

About You

  • 5+ years of event management and sales experience in a Business-to-Business organization
  • Experience with Salesforce and JIRA
  • Strong understanding of corporate and client-facing events in a professional environment
  • Exceptional organizational, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging with senior executives and clients
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends for events
