
Coordinator, Administrative (Kosign)
The Role:
KOSIGN is a new business within Kobalt Music Group, built to deliver premium, global music publishing administration for the world’s most independent and forward-thinking songwriters, producers, and artists. As Administrative Coordinator, you’ll be the operational hub for a fast-moving team driving artist onboarding, deal flow, partnerships, and platform growth.
In this role, you'll support key business activities across operations, partnerships, marketing, and product. You’ll work directly with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, enabling us to move faster, stay aligned, and deliver exceptional service. This is a unique opportunity to help scale a new platform within one of the music industry’s most respected companies.
What You’ll Do:
Project & Task Coordination
- Manage project details and task lists across marketing, product, onboarding, and strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain systems to track cross-functional deliverables and ensure accountability.
- Report on team goals and KPIs related to artist growth and platform performance.
Team Operations & Support
- Support team logistics including vendor coordination, tool management, and budget tracking.
- Maintain internal knowledge resources and process documentation.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track action items.
- Assist executives with scheduling and general departmental coordination.
Partnership & Business Development Support
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables for external partnerships.
- Prepare briefing materials and track follow-ups to support relationship management.
- Maintain CRM systems and ensure up-to-date records on active opportunities and partners.
Data & Reporting Assistance
- Help prepare reports on platform growth, marketing, revenue, and partner success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to pull data, draft summaries, and build presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and support strategic planning.
What You’ll Bring:
- Demonstrable work experience in operations, project coordination, business support, or EA roles - ideally in music, tech, or startup environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Tableau, Google Workspace, Monday.com, or other CRM/project tracking tools.
- A genuine passion for music and supporting creators.
- Ambition to grow into roles in business development, operations, product, or marketing.

- Experience in the music or entertainment industry.

- Analytical mindset with a comfort level working with data and performance metrics.

What Success Looks Like:
In 1 month: You’ll have a strong grasp of the team’s systems, priorities, and ongoing initiatives. You’ll be effectively supporting meeting flow, task tracking, and internal communications.
In 3 months: You’ll be independently managing timelines and cross-functional deliverables, helping keep the team on track and aligned.
In 6 months: You’ll be a trusted operational partner helping to streamline workflows, support high-priority partnerships, and contribute to reporting and strategic growth.
