Analyst, Reward
Reward Analyst, London
We’re looking for a Reward Analyst who’s genuinely passionate about data, people, and work with real impact. This is a 6-month maternity cover position within our London-based People team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering our annual salary and bonus cycle and also supporting our broader reward agenda.
In this role, you’ll work hands-on with data to generate insights that shape real decisions, from modelling salary and bonus outcomes to benchmarking roles and translating complex information into clear, meaningful narratives for leaders. Working closely with the Head of Reward, you’ll help ensure our pay and benefits remain competitive, fair, and aligned with what matters most to our people.
You’ll need to work flexibly to support the team through our busiest period of the year.
If you enjoy turning numbers into stories, tackling analytical challenges, and influencing decisions through thoughtful insight, you’ll thrive here. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organisation and contribute to initiatives that span global functions.
This isn’t just a data-focused role, it’s an opportunity to shape how people experience value at work, within a company that champions creativity, innovation, and inclusion.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of the annual compensation cycle, contributing to salary review analysis and modelling, bonus calculations, and financial forecasting.
- Conduct detailed analysis of internal pay data and external market benchmarking to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Assist in managing benefits administration, vendor relationships, and some support in renewal processes.
- Contribute to the development and communication of reward policies and procedures.
- Support with grading and benchmarking of roles across the organisation.
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems.
- Prepare management reports and presentations on compensation trends, metrics, and outcomes.
- Prepare and submit required government filings, including EEO-1, CA Pay Data Reporting, and other statutory reports.
- Manage participation in annual and ad hoc compensation and benefits surveys (e.g., Mercer, Croner) to ensure accurate and timely data submission.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience (e.g. 2-3 years) in reward, compensation & benefits, or HR analytics.
- Experience supporting reward projects such as annual bonus cycles, pay structure reviews, or benefits harmonisation.
- Previous experience in a reward, compensation, or HR analytics role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced level desirable).
- Experience working with HR data, benchmarking tools (e.g., Willis Towers Watson or Mercer).
- Strong ability to build presentations with complex data and turn that into clear, meaningful stories.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and tight deadlines.
- At busier times, we’ll need a bit of extra flexibility — there may be occasions when work extends beyond regular hours.
Desirable Criteria
- Professional certification: CIPD, WorldatWork, or equivalent HR/reward qualification.
- Experience using HR or Reward systems (e.g., Sage, Workday, SAP).
- Knowledge or experience of US benefits and pensions, including 401(k) plans, health and welfare benefits, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to both HR and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) would be advantageous
