About the team and what we’ll build together

Client Services serves as a strategic connector between our clients and Kobie. As Associate Vice President, Client Services, you will lead a global B2B client engagement—guiding loyalty strategy, delivery, and innovation. This role requires strategic oversight, senior client relationship leadership, and operational excellence for global program success.

How you will make an impact

  • Act as senior point-of-contact for complex global clients, with accountability for account health, strategic planning, and program success.
  • Build high-trust relationships with senior client stakeholders and Kobie executives to ensure alignment, delivery, and growth.
  • Apply Kobie’s loyalty, CRM, and data solutions to address global enterprise challenges with measurable outcomes.
  • Guide internal and client teams through change management to activate loyalty strategies across B2B customer journeys.
  • Champion team culture, delivery excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation across markets.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of global account plans, growth roadmaps, and quarterly/annual reviews.
  • Oversee program budgets and forecasting, ensuring profitability and effective resource use.
  • Develop and mentor talent, building team capability across client success, delivery, and relationship management.
  • Drive organic growth by identifying and qualifying new opportunities within client relationships.
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to Kobie’s broader client services leadership agenda.

What you need to be successful

  • 10+ years of experience in client services, consulting, or enterprise program management.
  • Strong background in global B2B client leadership—preferably in logistics, enterprise services, or technology.
  • Deep expertise in customer loyalty, CRM, and data-driven engagement programs.
  • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage executive relationships.
  • Experience overseeing budgets, revenue growth, and contract health in a global context.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills with a bias for action.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, with some peak periods requiring up to 35% travel.
