Koddi is looking for an Account Lead to join our growing client services team. As an Account Lead at Koddi, you will be the face of our most impactful engagements with clients, ensuring that our digital marketing analysts are successful by removing obstacles and enabling them to focus on making a significant impact. You will act as the primary client contact, refining and consolidating communication from various team members to ensure clarity and effectiveness. This role will be partnering with premier travel brands to create data-based, automated solutions to achieve their greater business objectives, ensuring that each account has a clear service plan proactively addressing any challenges that arise.

What you will do

  • Leverage our industry-leading technology to manage large-scale digital marketing campaigns and examine trends to provide valuable and actionable insights to our clients.
  • Ensure that each account has a clear service plan and problem solves any challenges; Knowing their client’s strategy inside and out, constantly measuring Koddi’s performance up against that
  • Train, develop, and coach Digital Marketing Analysts, including providing them with performance feedback and assistance with career planning
  • Ensure priorities and approaches are clear
  • Manage any ongoing projects and deliverables
  • Confirm all day-to-day tasks are completed and correct
  • Spot check client performance, providing regular guidance on opportunities
  • Facilitate “closing conversations” with teams
  • Ensure the best possible client communications
  • Host team meetings and conduct 1:1 meetings with Digital Marketing Analysts
  • Confirm client goals and pacing
  • Organize and participate in client calls, with a strategic focus
  • Contribute to training and documentation
  • Ensure that recurring tasks are automated
  • Complete account audits
  • Develop and execute testing initiatives
  • Prepare and coordinate quarterly business reviews for clients, including coaching presentations and leading presentations within a live setting
  • Assist with new client onboarding and sales pitches as needed
  • Contribute and participate in team knowledge by researching and sharing info on: Industry, Competitors, Solutions
  • Conduct intermediate-level technical troubleshooting
  • Lead new publisher and/or product integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team (e.g., product, operations, engineering, etc.) team, providing feedback and brainstorming on new features
  • Review client workload, service plan, and deliverables
  • Take part in management training

What skills and experience you bring

  • 4+ years of experience (or related coursework)
  • Minimum of 1 year management experience
  • Advanced analytical skill set including the ability to mine data for trends and communicate opportunities effectively with data and visuals through clear and  concise storytelling
  • Capable of leading and managing multipoint communication, with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments
