We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Digital Media to lead the growth and operations of our media platforms, including display, SEM, and social. The ideal candidate will lead our media solution, enable growth across all our clients, and forge new levels of collaboration across our execution partners. This role will be responsible for driving our product direction and integrating with new partners as we grow and scale. This role will play a crucial role in shaping our media strategy, managing media budgets, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement solutions that reshape our growing media business, driving at least 2x revenue growth in strategic areas.
  • Shape our media strategy, manage media budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Hire, develop and empower a high-performing media team that consistently delivers exceptional results, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow partnerships with key publishing and technology partners, by facilitating their understanding of, engagement with, and reliance on Koddi products and services.
  • Maintain close and deep client relationships, improving  and maintaining high NPS scores, and driving overall performance and revenue growth in responsible channels. 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements, translating insights into actionable strategies that position the business as a leader in media innovation.
  • Support and help create the development of Koddi’s media products in partnership with product and engineering
  • You will be a client-facing resource, capable of preparing for, leading, and supporting client meetings as necessary and required, and maintain progress towards strategic outcomes and deliverables

What skills and experience you bring

  • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in programmatic display advertising, media buying, SEM and Social
  • Hands on experience managing campaigns preferred
  • 4+ years of experience managing and leading a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field
  • Ability to demonstrate your deep understanding of digital marketing, and travel and hospitality industries
  • You have the ability to establish and manage trusted relationships with senior business leaders
  • You can work independently, execute professionally and collaborate with others
  • Your excellent verbal/communications skills and a thoughtful, persuasive personal style is inspiring
  • You can develop and lead projects independently as well as in collaborate with other members of the organization
  • Capable of balancing multiple priorities and deadlines while being adaptable to the changing needs of the business
  • Knowledge and appreciation of the advances in digital marketing
  • Comfortable and/or have experience in a startup environment
  • You have an approachable demeanor with high energy, enthusiasm, and initiative
