As Head of Industry, you will be the driving force behind Koddi’s entry into the Automotive or QSR verticals—building our presence, securing key partnerships, and establishing long-term market leadership. This role is about more than breaking in; it’s about owning the vertical from first engagement to sustained growth.
 
Leveraging Koddi’s proven solutions, you’ll identify opportunities, craft a compelling industry narrative, and close strategic deals that set the foundation for expansion. Beyond the initial wins, you will lead the vertical’s ongoing success—shaping its strategy, driving performance, and ensuring Koddi becomes a recognized leader in the space.

What you will do

  • Establish and drive Koddi’s presence in the Automotive or QSR verticals, identifying key opportunities and securing strategic partnerships to build a foundation for long-term success.
  • Lead business development efforts by actively pursuing, cultivating, and closing new partnership agreements that demonstrate Koddi’s value and position us as a leader in the space.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that aligns with industry needs, leveraging competitive analysis, industry trends, and customer insights to refine our approach.
  • Define target audiences, identifying the most compelling solutions and features to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Build and nurture high-impact relationships with key decision-makers, securing executive buy-in and expanding Koddi’s influence in the industry.
  • Represent Koddi at industry events, conferences, and forums—establishing credibility, driving thought leadership, and uncovering new business opportunities.
  • Identify and develop strategic alliances and distribution channels that accelerate market entry and fuel sustainable growth.
  • Own the customer relationship post-sale—ensuring customer success, driving expansion opportunities, and shaping the long-term vision for Koddi’s role in the industry.
  • Continuously refine Koddi’s product strategy by gathering market feedback, identifying gaps, and working cross-functionally to align offerings with industry needs.
  • Provide executive-level communication and strategic planning to foster trust, align stakeholders, and drive long-term client partnerships.

What skills and experience you bring

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, or business development within Automotive or QSR, with a strong focus on industry growth and strategic partnerships.
  • Proven success in multi-channel digital marketing, including programmatic, social, search, and content marketing, driving measurable KPIs across the funnel.
  • Advanced expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics for performance measurement and campaign optimization.
  • Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analysis, leveraging tools like Microsoft Excel for advanced financial modeling and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms to optimize client engagement and retention strategies.
  • Experience designing measurement frameworks, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and attribution analysis, to guide strategic and tactical planning.
  • Proven ability to manage annual revenue of $20–30M+ and oversee project teams of 100+ members across multiple accounts.
  • Exceptional communication skills, crafting and delivering impactful presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Strong ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships, fostering trust and delivering value.
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level project management tools, ensuring streamlined workflows and operational excellence.
  • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a continual learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a customer-focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value.
