Do you have a knack for explaining technical concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders? Do you want to work closely with large enterprise companies and help them solve problems? We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to be part of a team that is responsible for the designing and delivering Koddi Ads technology to our top-tier publisher partners. As a Solutions Engineer at Koddi, you will work directly with our commercial teams and customers to design, scope and deliver enterprise grade Commerce Media solutions. In this role you will be responsible for solving complex business and technical problems to help our partners tackle commerce media monetization at scale.
 
Success in this role requires a deep technical understanding to navigate complex challenges, deliver practical solutions, and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to create impactful outcomes. Through your efforts, clients will gain a clear understanding of the product's unique value and its fit for their specific needs, resulting in higher engagement, confidence in the solution, and an increased likelihood of closing deals.

What you’ll do

  • Lead customer solutioning, RFP delivery, security questionnaire delivery and product demos with our prospective customers
  • Partner with Commercial teams to sell, solution and deliver Koddi Ads to the market
  • Partner with our Product and Technology teams to deliver custom solutions for prospective customers
  • Partner with our Marketing teams to create pitch decks, one-pagers and documentation for prospective customers
  • Work hands-on with customers to demonstrate and communicate implementation best practices for Koddi Ads technology
  • Design the best product set up for each client and partner with the Technical Program Management team to ensure smooth product launch
  • Work closely with the delivery teams to help us bring new products and solutions to market

What you bring

  • 7+ years of experience working with customers in Retail/Commerce media SaaS pre-sales
  • Experience and track record of success selling Retail/Commerce media to enterprise customers; includes proven skills identifying key stakeholders, winning value propositions, and designing technical solutions
  • Strong preference for experience in adtech (advertising technology)
  • Outstanding skills presenting to both senior technical and executive audiences
  • Experience coordinating multiple business functions to develop new services and solutions
  • Ability to identify the business needs driving client requests and translate requests into a compelling product or service offering
  • Strong REST API experience
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Self-motivator with strong work ethic and the ability to multitask
  • Organized with outstanding attention to detail 
  • Desire to be a part of the fast-paced, high energy entrepreneurial experience
