Junior Recruiter
Job Summary
At Koddi, we believe investing in early talent is investing in our future. The Junior Recruiter will be at the center of that mission, leading recruitment for our cohort programs across software engineering, front-end engineering, data science, UX/UI, product and analyst tracks. This role is about building lasting connections with universities and bootcamps, championing Koddi’s brand to emerging talent, and ensuring every candidate has an engaging, positive experience. Beyond cohort hiring, this associate recruiter will partner with the broader recruiting team to source talent for open roles, support inbound applicants, and step in as a reliable teammate for scheduling and coordination when needed. The role is based in our Fort Worth office, with an expectation of being onsite three days per week. We’re looking for someone who is eager to grow, and excited to shape the path for others just starting theirs.
What You"ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for early-career cohort programs across Koddi
- Build and strengthen relationships with universities, bootcamps, and other early-talent channels in DFW and nationwide.
- Represent Koddi at information sessions, and recruiting events to promote the company’s opportunities and culture.
- Partner with the recruiting team to source talent for active roles and manage inbound candidate pipelines.
- Provide backup support to the recruiting coordinator, assisting with interview scheduling and candidate logistics when needed.
- Deliver a positive, engaging candidate experience that reflects Koddi’s culture and values.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to ensure early-career hiring goals are met.
- Contribute to projects and process improvements that enhance Koddi’s recruiting strategy.
Who You Are
- 1–2 years of experience in early-career or campus recruiting, university relations, or related recruiting experience.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, schools, and internal stakeholders.
- Greenhouse ATS experience preferred
- Passion for early talent and a desire to develop long-term recruiting expertise.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative mindset with willingness to support the broader recruiting team and step into different responsibilities when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
