  • Serve as the primary executive-level client owner, deeply understanding client goals and driving long-term growth and retention
  • Define, refine, and communicate enterprise client strategy grounded in data, automation, and platform capabilities
  • Drive client growth through new opportunities across publishers, products, and advanced automation
  • Provide senior-level strategic guidance on client calls and in written communication, translating performance data into clear recommendations
  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of digital marketing analysts and account managers, with accountability for performance, career growth, and team health
  • Ensure progress and completion of high-impact, strategic initiatives across clients and internal teams
  • Maintain strong senior relationships with publishing partners, including ownership of touchpoints, in-person meetings, and product feedback
  • Design and oversee testing initiatives, applying advanced analytical skills to measure impact and inform strategy
  • Oversee the development and delivery of quarterly business reviews, including coaching teams and leading executive conversations
  • Support new client onboardings and sales pitches, representing Koddi’s strategy and enterprise capabilities
  • Contribute to team knowledge through ongoing research on industry trends, competitors, and solutions
  • Share best practices and raise the bar on strategic and analytical excellence across the organization
  • Partner closely with product and technology to influence platform improvements, roadmap priorities, and client experience

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including leading managers or senior individual contributors
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale clients in metasearch, paid search, and display
  • Strong understanding of online travel agencies and supplier behavior across large, complex accounts
  • Advanced analytical skill set with the ability to synthesize large data sets into clear insights and executive-ready narratives
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including executive presence with clients
  • Comfort representing Koddi at industry events and senior external meetings
  • Ability to operate effectively in both highly collaborative and independent environments

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
