Media Lead
Job Summary
Koddi is looking for a Media lead to join its client services team. As a lead, you will be responsible for partnering with premier travel brands to create data-based, automated solutions to achieve their greater business objectives. You will leverage our industry-leading technology to manage large scale digital marketing campaigns and examine trends to provide valuable and actionable insights to our clients. The Lead supports Koddi’s clients by managing assigned campaigns, building relationships with our customers, preparing and leading weekly analysis for clients, and contributing to the company culture. Koddi is a fast-growing technology company and needs people who are passionate self-starters. Previous experience with large-scale dynamic advertising (e.g., DCO, feed-based retail or shop ads) is preferred but not required.
What You'll Do
- Analyze campaign performance and generate performance reports
- Oversee budget pacing and make recommendations to meet monthly spend goals
- Oversee the creation of new ad campaigns and ensure quality builds prior to launch
- Create ad mockups and presentation decks for client delivery
- Manage hotel information files and product catalogs, completing missing information to enable additional live properties
- Create new catalogs, compile hotel information, organize images and URLs, and apply appropriate labels
- Train and mentor Digital Marketing Analysts on advertising best practices
- Provide strategic support across accounts and lead client calls
- Set up tests, develop mockups, and deliver updates to P&I and stakeholders
- Provide feedback on team efficiency and recommend improvements to increase productivity
- Research industry trends, competitors, and solutions, and share insights with the team
- Partner with the product team on campaign management tools and drive initiatives through completion
- Collaborate on feature requests and contribute ideas for new enhancements that improve performance
- Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign analysis, streamline reporting, generate insights, and improve workflow efficiency
- Identify and implement AI-driven processes to improve testing, creative iteration, and performance optimization
What You'll Bring
- Digital marketer with a strong eye for product enhancements and platform improvements
- 5+ years of experience in an agency, paid search, or digital advertising environment in a client-facing capacity
- Strong analytical skill set with the ability to mine data for trends and communicate opportunities effectively through data and visuals
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to support analysis, problem-solving, and workflow efficiency
- Comfort integrating AI into day-to-day work and proactively exploring ways it can improve performance and productivity
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Capable of leading and managing multipoint communication, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-growing environment
- Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with customers, management, and peers
