Koddi Impact Program

The Koddi Impact Program (KIP) is an eight week, cohort based launchpad designed to give emerging talent the skills, mentorship, and hands on experience to make a real impact from day one.

You’ll work alongside industry experts, collaborate with peers across disciplines, and ship real projects that power leading commerce media networks. Giving you an immediate head start to excel as a full time team member at Koddi beyond the 8-week program.

Program Tracks

We hire emerging talent across key functional disciplines:

  • Software Engineering & Product Development: Build, optimize, and ship scalable production code, data-driven platforms, and next generation product features.

  • Platform & Security Engineering: Implement cloud infrastructure, manage AWS systems, automate CI/CD pipelines, and establish secure engineering practices.

  • Analytics & Technical Program Management: Solve complex data problems, derive strategic insights for top global clients, and optimize performance across media networks.

  • UI/UX Design: Design intuitive user flows, build high fidelity wireframes, and craft polished digital experiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Recent graduates or students completing their Bachelor’s, Master’s.

  • Target Majors & Fields: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related technical/business fields.

  • Mindset: Curiosity, strong problem solving skills, and a desire to build and innovate in a fast paced team environment.

  • Location & Commitment: Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday in our Fort Worth, TX office for the duration of the program and transition into full time employment.
