- Facilitate a smooth onsite/virtual interview experience for candidates, keep interviews running on time, and ensure interviewers are prepared with the right information, tools and materials.
- Take ownership of the scheduling process within our ATS (Greenhouse) and help refine and document recruiting processes, templates, and workflows as we scale.
- Prepare interview packets and scorecards, and help drive consistent use of structured interviews and feedback across the team.
- Support recruiting projects such as pipeline tracking, candidate experience surveys, employer brand efforts, and coordination for hiring events.
What you’ll bring:
- At least 4 years of experience in recruiting coordination (experience in a tech or start-up environment is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Greenhouse, and strong comfort using Google Workspace.
- A proven track record of delivering a great candidate experience - clear communication, thoughtful details, and a friendly, professional presence.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you can juggle multiple scheduling threads and priorities without letting things fall through the cracks.
- Ability to switch gears quickly in a fast-paced environment, and stay calm and solutions-oriented when schedules change or conflicts pop up.
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves, jump in where needed, and partner with the team to improve processes, tools, and workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative working style.
- A sense of urgency, ownership, and a bias toward action mindset.
What we offer:
