Job Summary
This position requires a strong understanding of business processes and operations, as well as the willingness to adapt and excel in a dynamic business environment. You will be asked to efficiently coordinate multiple interconnected business processes, including sales pipeline tracking, professional service or SaaS contract drafting, project progress tracking and invoicing and collections. The Operations Analyst should be a problem solver who can work with internal stakeholders at multiple levels in the organization to understand project goals and objectives and determine the best approach for task completion. Strength in working with technology systems is a must, as well as the ability to work independently and with an analytical mindset.

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in professional services or financial operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required
- 1-2 years experience with NetSuite.
- 1-2 years experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with professional services agreements, statements of work, or engagement letters in a tech environment is a plus.
- Experience with billing and AR collections for professional services agreements is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and analytically in a fast-paced healthcare environment, effectively solving complex challenges.
- Exceptional organizational skills and expertise in managing multiple projects efficiently in a dynamic setting.
- Strong process-oriented mindset, capable of balancing several initiatives simultaneously while ensuring quality outcomes.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all operational processes.
- Quick to adapt and learn, with the ability to achieve independent productivity following initial training, especially in tech-driven settings.
- Proficient with numbers and advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with project management principles as applied to technology projects.
- Solid professional reputation with references from previous clients and partners.
