Job Summary:
Our Sales team is comprised of over 45 dedicated professionals who specialize exclusively in unclaimed property matters. With some of the brightest minds in the industry, our team brings together a diverse range of backgrounds and expertise, positioning us as a leader in unclaimed property advocacy and a trusted source of expertise in the marketplace.
The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in expanding Kodiak’s reach, driving sales growth, and establishing strong client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented, self-motivated individual to make a significant impact on our business
Responsibilities:
. As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Collaborate and Strategize: Work closely with the sales team to refine strategies, meet sales targets, and foster business growth.
- Prospecting through multiple sales campaigns: Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, attending conferences
- Close Deals: Drive the sales process from initial contact to negotiation and closing, ensuring our services align with client needs and deliver tangible results.
- Manage a Sales Pipeline: Oversee opportunities through the sales funnel, ensuring consistent follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and pipeline growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years B2B or B2C sales experience is required
- Minimum of 7 years of lead generation experience
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to stay focused and manage multiple sales campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Unclaimed Property is preferred.
