Job Summary
As a Program Manager at a leading healthcare revenue cycle technology firm, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive innovation and operational excellence across our SaaS, DaaS, and Managed Services offerings. This position sits at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and business strategy—requiring a unique blend of technical acumen, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle ecosystem.
You will be responsible for leading end-to-end program execution, from strategic planning and resource alignment to delivery and performance optimization. Collaborating closely with our customer delivery, data operations, business development, innovation, engineering, client success, marketing, operations and compliance teams, you will ensure that our solutions not only meet regulatory standards but also exceed client expectations in efficiency, scalability, and value.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the central facilitator across the business, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on scope, milestones, ownership, and dependencies for the RCI portfolio of solutions.
- Oversee the resource utilization of the delivery teams across the RCI team.
- Own the day-to-day project management for SaaS, DaaS, and Managed Services initiatives, building and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and action logs to ensure commitments are met.
- Coordinate and run project meetings (kickoffs, onboarding sessions, status reviews, and retrospectives), including scheduling, setting agendas, capturing notes, and driving follow-up items to completion.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously—scoping, planning, and executing deliverables on time and within expectations.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Product, Delivery, Marketing and Customer Success to align project outcomes and customer goals.
- Track and report on program and customer health metrics to ensure long-term retention and growth
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Program or Project Management (preferably in SaaS or technology).
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management
- A consultative, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects/accounts at once.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project/Smartsheet).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable engaging with both executives, end users, and internal technical teams.
- Ability to translate customer goals into actionable project plans.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for insights and decisions.
Nice to Have
- PMP or CAPM certification.
- Experience leading customer onboarding or change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle frameworks and success metrics.
- Background in SaaS, tech, or professional services.
