           We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee operational strategies for our Finance & Reimbursement Team.                                            The ideal candidate   will play a pivotal role in ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget, while driving continuous                           improvement within the organization.

  • Lead and manage project operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee and execute Salesforce updates to enhance system capabilities and user experience.
  • Use Smartsheet to manage utilization, capacity planning and revenue forecasting
  • Create reporting in ServiceNow to ensure SLAs are being met
  • Prepare and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure clear project deliverables and timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and resolve any issues.
  • Monitor project performance and implement improvements for greater efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during project execution.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and milestones.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Product, Delivery, Marketing and Customer Success to align project outcomes and customer goals.

         Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within an operations-focused role.
  • Prior experience of reporting in ServiceNow and Smartsheet
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and experience in managing system updates.
  • Ability to translate customer goals into actionable project plans.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for insights and decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
