The Sales Development Coordinator supports the organization by managing proposal development, coordinating pre-sales administrative workflows, and speeds up the sales cycle. This role ensures data accuracy, efficient sales processes, and timely coordination delivery of client-facing materials to ensure revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate development, formatting, and delivery of customer proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations.
  • Maintain proposal templates, pricing libraries, and standard response content.
  • Partner with business line and solution leaders to gather required proposal inputs.
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, scope language, and proposal terms.
  • Track proposal lifecycle from request through submission.
  • Maintain proposal document and version control.
  • Manage opportunity creation, updates, and pipeline data accuracy.
  • Ensure completeness of required sales documentation.
  • Support Salesforce data hygiene and governance initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal sales communications and documentation.
  • Support Revenue Operations reporting and forecasting inputs

Required Qualifications 

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or sales operations coordination role.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience supporting sales, legal, or commercial teams.
  • Exposure with proposal management or RFP coordination.
  • Familiarity with CRM or contract management (e.g. Salesforce and Docu-Sign).
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams.
