Attorney | Executive Compensation & Benefits
Our strategically growing law firm is seeking an attorney to join our}. Serving the needs of clients, you will have the opportunity to assist in the practice of law throughout the country. Working alongside a team of expert attorneys, you will bring creative solutions to the firm and to the clients. You will have access to the resources of a large firm with the opportunity to provide customized and multidimensional guidance to our clients' most complex and pressing needs.

What you need:
- A minimum of two years relevant experience in executive compensation and employee benefits law specifically related to deferred compensation and equity incentive programs;
- Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Nebraska;
- Excellent academic and professional credentials; and
- Experience advising clients on employee benefit issues in ERISA compliance and employee benefit programs more generally, including executive compensation, non-qualified deferred compensation (409A and 457), and equity plans (equity ownership plans, stock option plans, and alternative equity ownership plans).
