Talent Acquisition Specialist

Burtonsville, MD

Talent Acquisition Specialist — Remote (Mid-Atlantic Region) Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health & Concerted Care Group (CCG)

About Us

Since 1973, Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health has been a trusted leader in outpatient addiction and behavioral health treatment across Maryland, DC, Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. Following our merger with Concerted Care Group (CCG), we've grown into one of the Mid-Atlantic's most comprehensive outpatient providers — and we're still growing.

Our mission is simple: compassionate, evidence-based care that improves lives. Diversity, equity, and inclusion aren't just values we post on a wall — they shape how we hire, how we lead, and how we serve our communities. When you join Kolmac, you join a team that genuinely cares.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for clinical and operational roles across our organization. This is a fully remote position offering a base salary of $85,000 plus commission, ideal for a consultative, relationship-driven recruiter who wants their work to make a real difference.

This isn't a transactional recruiting job — you'll partner closely with hiring managers, build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions, and help connect mission-driven professionals to work that matters.

What You'll Do

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for a range of clinical and operational positions aligned with Kolmac's mission
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers — conducting intake calls, advising on candidate assessment, and keeping searches on track
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for evergreen roles through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building
  • Conduct targeted sourcing and resume mining to surface both active and passive candidates
  • Verify that candidates hold required licenses and credentials before advancing
  • Negotiate and extend offers; communicate accepted terms and start dates to HR and hiring managers
  • Advise on sourcing and compensation strategy for difficult-to-fill openings
  • Flag and report internal referral eligibility for candidate selections

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare
  • Experience recruiting for behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment roles is a strong plus
  • Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find people who aren't looking
  • Proficiency with ATS and HCM systems
  • Consultative communication style with a track record of building trust with hiring managers
  • Ability to juggle multiple searches, reprioritize quickly, and follow through consistently
  • Bachelor's degree required

Compensation & Benefits

Pay

  • Base salary: $85,000 + commission

Time Off

  • PTO — 15 days to start, with additional accrual over time
  • 7 paid holidays per year

Health & Wellness

  • Medical, dental, and vision — multiple plan options including Kaiser Permanente with wellness and self-care resources
  • HSA, HRA, and FSA tax-advantaged savings options
  • Company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance
  • Company-provided life insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) — confidential support for life's challenges, available whenever you need it

Financial Wellbeing

  • 401(k)
  • Free personal financial advisor — professional guidance at no cost to you
  • Tuition reimbursement & student loan repayment assistance
  • Employee discounts — exclusive savings through Working Advantage

Growth & Recognition

  • STAR Recognition Program — quarterly company-sponsored trips celebrating outstanding individuals
  • Employee Referral Bonus — tiered rewards when you help bring great people on board
  • Paid professional development time

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
