Why Clinicians Stay at Kolmac

  • Caseloads that don't burn you out. We cap direct care at 50–65% for a reason. You'll have time to document, consult, and actually think.
  • Real interdisciplinary collaboration. You'll work alongside psychiatrists, nurses, and peer support specialists — not in a silo.
  • Leadership that has clinical roots. Our program directors carry clinical backgrounds. When you raise a concern, you're talking to someone who gets it.
  • Growth as we grow. We're actively expanding our mental health programming, which means pathways into leadership, supervision, and specialty tracks for the right clinicians.
  • Mission-driven, not metrics-driven. We measure success through clinical outcomes — patient retention, program completion, and transitions of care — not session counts.
