Principal Product Strategy Manager, Partnerships

United States

We Breathe Life Into Data

At Komodo Health, our mission is to reduce the global burden of disease. And we believe that smarter use of data is essential to this mission. That’s why we built the Healthcare Map — the industry’s largest, most complete, precise view of the U.S. healthcare system — by combining de-identified, real-world patient data with innovative algorithms and decades of clinical experience. The Healthcare Map serves as our foundation for a powerful suite of software applications, helping us answer healthcare’s most complex questions for our partners. Across the healthcare ecosystem, we’re helping our clients unlock critical insights to track detailed patient behaviors and treatment patterns, identify gaps in care, address unmet patient needs, and reduce the global burden of disease.

As we pursue these goals, it remains essential to us that we stay grounded in our values: be awesome, seek growth, deliver “wow,” and enjoy the ride. At Komodo, you will be joining a team of ambitious, supportive Dragons with diverse backgrounds but a shared passion to deliver on our mission to reduce the burden of disease — and enjoy the journey along the way.

The Opportunity at Komodo Health

As a Principal Product Strategy Manager for the Partnerships Segment, you will be responsible for unlocking new pathways for impact by shaping how Komodo partners with key players across the healthcare ecosystem—including digital health innovators, data originators, consulting firms, and more.

This role is designed for a strategic leader with a strong grasp of how healthcare data, technology platforms, and AI/analytics converge to drive business growth. You will define and refine Komodo’s Product Strategy across Partnership segments, stay ahead of industry and market trends, and collaborate deeply with UX Research, Product Management, and Commercial teams. You’ll be accountable for driving customer-centric strategy development while ensuring that our data assets and application suite are well-aligned to power value creation across the partnership landscape.

Your work will directly inform how Komodo builds, positions, and evolves its platform to drive revenue growth, deepen account penetration, and expand our ecosystem impact.

Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have…

  • Delivered a comprehensive strategy for Komodo’s partner ecosystem, encompassing segments such as Digital Health, Data Originators, Consultancies, Financial Services, Payer/Provider Solutions, CROs, AdTech, and Tech Platforms / Intermediaries.
  • Conducted detailed analysis of each segment’s potential, including historical win rates, current and projected revenue contribution, partner readiness, TAM/SAM/SOM, and strategic alignment.
  • Developed a clear prioritization of segments for product and revenue focus, supporting both short-term execution and long-term growth.
  • Defined revenue goals for the Partnerships Channel and identified the key segments and actions required to achieve them.
  • Identified critical product capabilities needed to unlock segment growth and aligned them with Komodo’s product roadmap.
  • Created a multi-year growth plan with cross-functional alignment across Product, Strategy, and Revenue teams.

You will accomplish these outcomes through the following responsibilities…

  • Define and evolve Komodo’s product strategy across high-priority partner segments based on market needs, growth potential, and strategic alignment.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, UX Research, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to translate strategic insights into actionable product and partnership initiatives.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify unmet needs and whitespace opportunities for Komodo’s platform and data assets.
  • Build a structured prioritization framework to assess segment-level opportunities and focus areas.
  • Set and monitor revenue growth strategies tied to segment-level execution plans in collaboration with the Partnerships and Revenue teams.
  • Shape go-to-market positioning and product messaging in collaboration with Product Marketing and Commercial leaders.
  • Communicate strategic direction and recommendations clearly and persuasively to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

What you bring to Komodo Health:

  • Deep domain expertise in healthcare, life sciences, or data-driven B2B platforms, with a strong understanding of how ecosystem partnerships unlock growth.
  • A strategic and structured approach to solving complex problems, backed by data and market insight.
  • Proven experience driving product strategy across multi-stakeholder, cross-functional environments.
  • A strong sense of customer empathy and ability to translate customer needs into business opportunity and product direction.
  • Executive communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and align diverse teams around a shared strategy.

Additional skills and experience we’d prioritize (nice to have)…

  • 8+ years of experience in product strategy, corporate strategy, partnerships, or a GTM function—preferably in health tech, SaaS, data platforms, or life sciences.
  • Experience analyzing and sizing new market opportunities (TAM/SAM/SOM), prioritizing roadmap bets, and defining execution plans.
  • Demonstrated success working in highly matrixed environments and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the healthcare data landscape, especially related to real-world evidence, provider analytics, payer solutions, and CROs
  • Experience contributing to long-term growth plans and product development roadmaps in fast-growing, innovation-driven organizations.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
