The Opportunity at Komodo Health
The Analytics Center of Excellence (ACE) team at Komodo Health partners with life sciences organizations to drive strategic value through data, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. As the Senior Director, Analytics Services, you will play a pivotal leadership role — spanning pre-sales, managed services and analytics delivery — to ensure Komodo Health’s products, data, and platforms deliver sustained, measurable value for our customers.

- Operationalized and scaled an AI-enabled analytics services delivery model, establishing clear processes, performance metrics, and quality standards.
- Driven demonstrable improvements in customer usage, satisfaction, and retention across key accounts through proactive engagement and strategic advisory work.

These are the essential job duties you will be responsible for …
- Lead end-to-end analytics services delivery — overseeing successful execution of core offerings and AI-enabled solutions across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Serve as a senior pre-sales partner, acting as an advisor and subject matter expert for Sales and Account Management teams during scoping, proposal development, and customer-facing consultative conversations.
- Own the managed services delivery model within ACE, establishing proactive engagement frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs that drive customer product adoption and long-term retention.
- Guide Account Management and Customer Success teams on account strategy, ensuring customers fully leverage Komodo’s analytics and managed services offerings to achieve their desired business outcomes.
- Champion the integration of AI tools and automation into workflows, identifying opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and customer impact.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to inform new offerings and features, acting as an internal voice of the customer with deep industry context.
- Build, staff, and develop a high-performing analytics services team, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
What you bring to Komodo Health (required):
- Experience leading managed services or professional services functions within the healthcare or life sciences domain, ideally spanning both delivery and pre-sales.
- Hands-on experience in business analytics in biopharma, including working with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Real-World Evidence teams and data (HCP, provider, payer, patient-level).
- Strong consultative instincts – you identify and proactively offer recommendations based on customer insights, and are comfortable presenting to and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer usage, satisfaction, and retention through strategic planning, proactive engagement, and high-quality delivery.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and automation, including the integration of GenAI tools into analytics or operational workflows.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of coaching and growing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and complex initiatives simultaneously with high quality and grace under pressure.

The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of annual base pay that we reasonably expect to pay for this position within the US. We carefully consider multiple business-related factors when determining compensation, including job-related skills, work experience, geographic work location, relevant training and certifications, business needs and market demands.
The starting annual base pay for this role is listed below. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company’s sole discretion and in accordance with a written agreement or plan. This role may also be eligible for equity awards. In addition, this role is eligible for benefits including, but not limited to, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; flexible time off and holidays; 401(k) with company match; disability insurance and life insurance; and leaves of absence in accordance with applicable state and local laws and regulations and company policy.
San Francisco Bay Area and New York City:
$244,000 - $265,000 USD
All Other US Locations:
$212,500 - $265,000 USD
