Senior Director, Revenue Systems

United States

We Breathe Life Into Data

At Komodo Health, our mission is to reduce the global burden of disease. And we believe that smarter use of data is essential to this mission. That’s why we built the Healthcare Map — the industry’s largest, most complete, precise view of the U.S. healthcare system — by combining de-identified, real-world patient data with innovative algorithms and decades of clinical experience. The Healthcare Map serves as our foundation for a powerful suite of software applications, helping us answer healthcare’s most complex questions for our partners. Across the healthcare ecosystem, we’re helping our clients unlock critical insights to track detailed patient behaviors and treatment patterns, identify gaps in care, address unmet patient needs, and reduce the global burden of disease.

As we pursue these goals, it remains essential to us that we stay grounded in our values: be awesome, seek growth, deliver “wow,” and enjoy the ride. At Komodo, you will be joining a team of ambitious, supportive Dragons with diverse backgrounds but a shared passion to deliver on our mission to reduce the burden of disease — and enjoy the journey along the way.

  • Executed a multi-year revenue systems roadmap aligned with Komodo Health’s enterprise growth strategy and GTM evolution
  • Delivered automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements that materially increased productivity, reduced manual effort, and improved speed and predictability
  • Automated core GTM workflows (lead routing, territory assignment, quota and comp calculations), cutting manual processing time significantly
  • Strengthened a high-performing revenue systems/business ops team leading the transformation and optimization of the revenue systems architecture
  • Built trusted partnerships with executive and senior commercial leaders, helping prioritize systems investments and enablement initiatives based on business impact

Key Responsibilities will include…

Systems Architecture & Automation

  • Own the architecture and roadmap for Komodo's revenue tech stack: Salesforce, CPQ, revenue intelligence tools (Gong, Boostup/Terret), and BI platforms
  • Design and automate GTM workflows across Sales, Marketing, and CS, replacing manual processes with scalable systems
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new GTM tooling as the stack evolves
  • Serve as the cross-functional systems authority for GTM tools owned by adjacent teams (e.g., Highspot), ensuring integrations, data flow, and platform changes align with the broader revenue systems architecture

Process & Data Infrastructure

  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, and performance, owned as living systems, not static reports
  • Own territory, quota, and compensation system design and administration
  • Partner with IT and data teams on integrations to keep systems and data connected and clean

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Work with Sales, CS, RevOps, Enablement, Marketing, and Finance leaders to identify process gaps and translate them into systems solutions
  • Act as the technical/operational counterpart to revenue leadership, turning strategy into working infrastructure

What you bring to Komodo Health (required):

  • 10+ years in Revenue Systems, Business Operations, or GTM Systems, ideally in SaaS or healthtech
  • Proven track record architecting and scaling a GTM tech stack, hands-on with Salesforce plus tools like Gong, Boostup/Terret, Tableau, or Looker
  • Experience building process automation (Workato or similar iPaaS tools) that reduces manual work and improves data integrity
  • Experience standing up AI-driven automation within a revenue systems environment
  • Strong technical fluency, comfortable partnering directly with IT/data teams on system integrations
  • Experience owning GTM tooling across Sales, CS, RevOps, Enablement, and Marketing functions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to translate technical tradeoffs for exec audiences
  • Experience building and leading a team

Expectations of AI use in this role:

  • Uses Claude/Glean to automate recurring reporting and surface anomalies in pipeline/forecast data
  • Evaluates and pilots AI-driven capabilities within the GTM stack (forecasting, lead scoring, workflow automation, etc.)

Nice to have:

  • Deal desk, RFP, or proposal process experience
  • Technical background (e.g., SQL, scripting, or a CS/engineering degree) that supports hands-on work with system architecture and integrations

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
