As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our hybrid Bengaluru based team. We are looking for a Member Quality Associate to contribute to our mission by improving our member validation systems and providing excellent data quality to our clients.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Execute and scale validation to drive a better onboarding experience for panel members
Maintain communication with Panel and Operations to enhance data cleanliness in member profiles
Enhance investigation strategy to improve data cleanliness at the project level
Ensure alignment across teams by clearly communicating priorities, scope, and expected outcomes.
Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve how work flows through Konovo’s systems.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail, balanced with an understanding of broader system and business impact.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while navigating challenges collaboratively.
Fluent (speaking, reading, writing) in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
