We're looking for an Data Validation Analyst to join our Panel Operations & Quality team in Bengaluru. In this role, you'll be on the front line of ensuring healthcare professionals (HCPs) are verified across the EU, UK, Canada, and the US, helping ensure our panel remains accurate, trustworthy, and fit for purpose. You'll combine careful judgment with AI-assisted research tools to validate HCP identities, investigate anomalies, and protect the integrity of the data our clients rely on. To meet the needs of our global team and customer base, in this role you will work a UK timezone shift from 1:30pm-10:30pm IST.
As Data Validation Analyst, your work will directly shape the quality of the data behind critical healthcare decisions—helping keep our global HCP panel accurate, compliant, and trusted by the world’s leading healthcare organizations.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Validate healthcare professional (HCP) credentials and identity at the point of registration across EU, UK, and US panels, applying region-specific requirements and red-flag criteria.
- Build and use AI-powered verification tools, including Research Defender and similar fraud-detection and identity-verification platforms, as a core part of the daily validation workflow.
- Maintain and continuously improve panel data quality, identifying inconsistencies, duplicate records, and data integrity issues before they affect downstream research.
- Investigate flagged member details — cross-referencing professional registries, licensing bodies, and other verification sources to confirm legitimacy.
- Document investigation findings clearly and consistently, maintaining an auditable trail for compliance and quality reporting.
- Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to senior team members with well-organized supporting evidence.
- Spot patterns in fraudulent or low-quality registrations and feed insights back to the team to improve detection rules and processes over time.
- Stay current on data privacy and compliance considerations relevant to handling HCP data across EU (GDPR), UK, and US jurisdictions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in data validation, fraud investigation, market research operations, or a related analytical/compliance role.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort making sound judgment calls when information is incomplete or ambiguous.
- Genuine comfort using AI tools as part of daily work — we are excited to meet candidates who already use AI to research, verify, summarize, or problem-solve, and who can speak to how they use it well.
- Familiarity with (or willingness to quickly learn) tools such as Research Defender or comparable identity/fraud verification platforms.
- Understanding of, or strong interest in learning, healthcare professional categories and credentialing conventions across EU, UK, and US markets.
- Clear written communication skills, particularly for documenting investigations and escalations.
- A mindset oriented toward continuous improvement — comfortable flagging process gaps and suggesting better ways of working.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Naturally curious with a passion for ongoing learning and growth.
