As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our hybrid Bengaluru based team. We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to contribute to our mission by partnering closely with BI leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define core business metrics, translate data into insight, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role involves leveraging existing data assets to deliver clear, trusted insights, with an emphasis on data storytelling, direct stakeholder support, and end-user engagement.

This hybrid role requires alignment with global stakeholders and operates on a fixed shift schedule from either 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST or 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Partner with stakeholders to frame business questions, define hypotheses, and design analytical approaches that align with business goals

  • Work with various stakeholders to define which KPIs ensure clarity, consistency, and trust across reports and dashboards
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives that drive decision-making, combining strong analytical rigor with effective data storytelling
  • Own and execute BI requests, including translation of loosely defined or ambiguous asks into clear, actionable deliverables, dashboard development and enhancements, ad-hoc analyses, reconciliations, and metric validation

  • Ensure metrics are consistent across reporting, traceable to source systems, and clearly documented with reproducible logic

  • Proactively identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or missing context and work with stakeholders to resolve them

  • Monitor and flag data quality issues and help enforce consistent metric definitions and business rules

  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to define requirements for upstream transformations and ensure analytical needs are represented in technical planning
  • Ensure strict compliance with data governance and privacy standards, including the responsible handling of sensitive data (PII), adherence to access controls, and alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related data-focused role, preferably in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Proven ability to translate complex business problems into structured analytical approaches and deliver actionable insights

  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker), with a focus on building intuitive, user-friendly dashboards that drive adoption

  • Demonstrated ability in data storytelling, including synthesizing complex analyses into clear, concise narratives tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases and data warehouses; familiarity with data modeling concepts is strongly preferred

  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and integrating data across multiple sources (e.g., product, financial, operational systems)

  • Experience collaborating with Data Engineering and Product teams to define requirements and improve upstream data quality and availability

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, influence decisions, and build trust in data
