우리 팀(프로젝트)을 소개합니다. 

PUBG:BATTLEGROUNDS(PC/Console)의 Publishing Product Manager는 사업 관리 및 라이브 서비스 전략을 수립하고 운영하는 역할을 담당하게 됩니다.

이 직무를 수행하기 위해 PUBG:BATTLEGROUNDS 및 게임 문화와 관련된 업계 동향에 대한 높은 이해, 거시적인 관점에서 프로덕트와 사업 계획을 바라볼 수 있는 능력이 필요합니다.

 

우리 팀과 함께할 미션을 소개합니다.

  • PUBG Publishing RoadMap
    • 중/장기적 관점에서 PUBG의 성장세 지속을 위한 퍼블리싱 전략과 계획을 수립합니다.
    • 이후 수립된 계획이 잘 수행될 수 있도록 이니셔티브들을 트래킹하고 관리하며, 이슈 발생 시 문제 해결 및 대안을 강구합니다.
  • PUBG PC/Console KPI 관리 및 데이터 분석/시장조사
    • PUBG의 트래픽/매출 데이터를 관리하면서, 분석 도구를 활용하여 프로덕트의 전반적인 건강도를 지속 트래킹하고 미래의 트렌드를 예측하여 상황에 맞는 단기적 이슈 이니시에이팅을 진행합니다.
    • 경쟁사와 업계 동향, 새로운 트렌드 및 기술에 대한 정보를 파악하고 새로운 기회를 모색합니다. 
  • 커뮤니케이션 계획 수립 및 진행
    • PUBG의 개발 방향성을 유저들에게 잘 안내하고 정기적으로 소통하기 위한 커뮤니케이션 계획 수립과 액션을 실행합니다.
  • 유관 부서와의 협업
    • PUBG Publishing의 이니셔티브 수행과 성과 증진을 위해 개발팀과 공용 부서, PUBGM과 Esports 조직 등 다양한 유관 부서와 커뮤니케이션하고 협업을 진행합니다.

 

이런 경험을 가진 분과 함께 성장하고 싶습니다! (필수요건)

  • 게임 산업 PM 최소 3년 이상의 경력
  • PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS 및 배틀로얄, FPS 게임에 대한 높은 이해도와 플레이 경험
  • 글로벌 및 로컬 영역에서의 사업 혹은 마케팅 경력 
  • 글로벌 협업 부서들과 원활한 의사소통 가능한 수준의 영어 구사 능력 (verbal, written) 
  • 내/외부 파트너와의 협업, 영향력을 발휘할 수 있는 사고력과 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 
  • 데이터 분석 도구와 메트릭 기반 의사 결정에 능숙한 분석적 사고방식
  • PowerPoint, Excel 등 MS office툴을 이용한 원활한 문서 작성 능력
  • 해외 출장에 결격사유가 없는 분
