Publishing Platform Product Manager - Release Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Release Management Product is an internal tool that supports the stable launch of KRAFTON games across platforms such as Steam, Epic, Xbox, and PlayStation. This product is designed to streamline the complex release process—including build registration, validation, approval requests, and market submission—and enable seamless collaboration between game development studios and the publishing organization. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the design and development of this product. This role is not operational; rather, you will own and shape the release system as a product, from structure to feature-level planning and execution.
What You'll Be Working On
- Plan and design the overall architecture of the Release Management Product to support multi-platform game releases
- Analyze the release workflows of development and publishing teams and extract common product requirements
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA to lead feature design, development, and iteration
- Manage product roadmap, prioritize features, and run sprints and backlog grooming
- Collect feedback from stakeholders (Operations, QA, Platform, etc.) and reflect it in product improvements
- Create and maintain product documentation such as specs, wireframes, and flowcharts
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role in IT, gaming, or platform services
- Experience in planning and improving internal tools or B2B systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex workflows into a product
- Proficiency in creating specs, feature definitions, wireframes, and process documentation
- Skilled in collaboration tools such as Figma, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and Slack
- Excellent documentation, requirement gathering, and communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of release workflows (e.g., market submission, QA processes)
- Knowledge of multi-platform release processes (client, server, console, mobile)
- Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Experience collaborating in global/remote team environments
- Fluency is another language is a strong plus
