Publishing Platform Product Manager

El Segundo, CA

THE COMPANY

KRAFTON is dedicated to identifying and publishing games worldwide that offer a uniquely enjoyable experience, crafted by our globally recognized production studios known for their distinctive creativity. We continuously push the boundaries of gaming enjoyment by embracing new challenges and technologies and expanding our platforms and services to captivate an even larger fan base. Best known for the genre-defining worldwide sensation PUBG: Battlegrounds, our stellar studios based across the globe include PUBG Studios, Striking Distance Studios, Unknown Worlds, Bluehole Studio, RisingWings and more. In collaboration with our passionate and driven team, we strive to establish ourselves as a renowned creator of masterpieces in the global gaming market.

THE OPPORTUNITY

KRAFTON's publishing platform connects our games with players around the world — from the moment a player discovers a title, through every session they play, to the long arc of live service. We build the products that make this connection work, helping our globally live-serviced games run reliably and grow over time.

This is a role, created to strengthen product execution across our global publishing platform. We're looking for a PM who can elevate the speed and quality of product decisions, and who can take a product from concept through launch and into live operations with full ownership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for publishing platform products, balancing near-term execution with the longer-term direction.
  • Lead products end-to-end — from concept to development to launch to live operations — working closely with engineering, design, business, and operations along the way.
  • Partner with global game studios and external partners to ensure our products deliver real value in production environments.
  • Define what success looks like, monitor it with data, and continuously improve both the player experience and how efficiently we operate.
  • Bring a North American perspective into global decisions, so our products serve players across different markets well.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of product management experience in gaming, IT services, commerce, or marketing platforms
  • A track record of taking at least one product through a full cycle — from concept to launch to live operations
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects across globally distributed teams
  • Hands-on use of AI tools as part of your daily work — not occasional experimentation, but tools that have changed how you work and what you deliver
  • Professional working proficiency in both Korean and English (you will be collaborating with our HQ in Korea on a daily basis)
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to travel to Korea when needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with game publishing platforms, or B2B2C-style products
  • Background at a global gaming or entertainment company, working across multiple countries or regions
  • A learner's mindset — willing to dive into a new domain and grow into a domain expert
  • Genuine curiosity about the game industry and how global publishing operates
  • Experience using data analytics to drive product decisions
  • A real appreciation for games, and care for the player experience

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
