[ ABOUT THE ROLE ]

 

Krafton India is looking for an experienced Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Professional with a proven track record of 3-5 years in implementing and monitoring CSR activities, developing data collection methods, creating relevant documentation for internal and external reporting and building positive relationships with stakeholders.

 

[ RESPONSIBILITIES ]

 

  • Collaborate with partner NGOs to address challenges and optimize program effectiveness
  • Travel frequently across India to monitor CSR activities and provide on-ground assistance as needed
  • Create comprehensive records on CSR activities, outcomes and impact, highlighting key achievements and areas of improvement
  • Develop and maintain positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders including local communities, NGOs, and local government bodies.
  • Design and implement effective data collection mechanism to monitor and evaluate CSR activities ensuring the accuracy, consistency and reliability of collected data
  • Analyse project data to assess the effectiveness of CSR activities’ implementation and provide actionable insights

 

[ REQUIREMENTS ]

 

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Management, Social Work, Sustainability)
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in CSR
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India
