Senior Manager, Business Development

[About the role]

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to drive strategic growth initiatives for one or more of our games. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing high-impact partnerships across esports, marketing, in-game events, and third-party integrations, contributing directly to the overall business performance.

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Managing business development strategies for one or more games and to execute the same
  • Management of partnership & collaboration programs across esports, marketing, in-game events & third-party payment partners.
  • Liaise with senior management and other stakeholders to develop strategic goals and KPIs
  • Planning and monitoring the business performance regularly. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
  • Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound communication and business development strategy, negotiation processes, structure, and best practices across the team. Ensure timely delivery of milestones while safeguarding quality of work in accordance with pre-defined project schedule
  • Maintain daily reports and monitor performance.

[Required Experience]

  • Overall experience of 5-9 years of which at least 3 years in Gaming/B2C/Entertainment OTT digital companies on similar function.
  • Demonstrated capability in successfully delivering partnerships with high impact
  • Strong sales & negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional cross functional skills to influence & manage diverse stakeholders in multiple geographies.
