Summary/Overview:

The Head of KBRA.com & KBRA Premium will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, execution, and growth of KBRA’s subscription-based offerings. This position will focus on delivering exceptional customer value, driving business transformation, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth. As a leader, the candidate will oversee a team of product strategists and managers, collaborating across departments to align KBRA Premium’s vision with overall business objectives.

Key Job Requirements:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and articulate a market strategy for KBRA Premium, focusing on customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team of Product Strategists and Managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with Stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product roadmap, addressing gaps and leveraging opportunities in the market.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to craft and execute GTM strategies that drive revenue, client acquisition, and retention.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning on key initiatives and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive strategies to grow the subscription base and increase client engagement through data-driven insights and client feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other KBRA business lines to ensure synergy and alignment with broader organizational goals.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience and knowledge of credit risk business, use cases, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to craft innovative solutions and strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing B2B subscription-based product strategies.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A visionary leader with a history of driving business transformation and achieving growth in the B2B subscription space.
  • Proven expertise in GTM strategy, product development, and stakeholder management.

Salary Range:

The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $230,000 to $260,000. Offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience, skills, geography, and other job-related factors.
