About the role

We are looking for an Account Lead who shares our passion for shaping culture by combining talent, tech and data and building strong partnerships with some of the most progressive brands and platforms globally.
An Account Lead will be responsible to lead and manage our client relationships, drive growth, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
A day in the life of an Account Lead
- Take full ownership of projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to meet goals while optimizing processes.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Set milestones, track progress, and ensure timely project completion.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and translate them into actionable strategies that drive results.
- Plan and align weekly, monthly, and quarterly content strategies in collaboration with the Creative Lead and other stakeholders.
- Oversee project budgets by maintaining accurate budget sheets, tracking progress, and approving key financial milestones while ensuring healthy profit margins.
- Drive business growth by identifying and executing opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and securing additional ad hoc engagements throughout the year to meet business KPIs.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and vendor terms to optimize service quality within budget constraints.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders.
- Implement structured tracking systems for assets and workflows to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead and mentor teams in delivering high-quality creative outputs, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Implement best practices in project management and quality assurance to ensure efficiency, consistency, and excellence.
Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase
- 3-5 years of experience in client servicing and account management.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and brands, and delivering exceptional results.
- Good understanding of end to end production which includes budgeting for projects.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions
- Strong workflow management and project management skills, with experience managing complex projects and teams
- Excellent team building and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate others
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to balance client needs with agency profitability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
