About the role

We are seeking a Post Producer who shares our passion for shaping culture by combining talent, tech and data and building strong partnerships with some of the most progressive brands and platforms globally.

The Post Producer - Content Production wil steer the post process from animatic to final delivery juggling schedules, talent, budgets, and all the moving parts in between. You’ll be the glue between teams, ensuring everything runs like a dream while keeping quality top-notch. 

A day in the life of a Post Producer - Content Production

• Oversee the entire post-production process, from animatic to final delivery, ensuring smooth workflows and efficiency.
• Develop and manage post-production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Sourcing and managing the variable talent and resources needed for each project, including writers, directors, talent required to execute 2D and 3D animated content, editors, music composers, sound designers, etc. 
• Coordinate with editors, colorists, sound designers, VFX teams, and other departments to ensure smooth communication between teams and seamless integration of assets by providing support by being a liaison between the execution teams and internal account management team and creative directors and project stakeholders.
• Supervise editorial processes, including picture lock, sound design, color correction, and final rendering.
• Work closely with animation directors, production managers, and external vendors to maintain quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges throughout post-production.
• Manage and track post-production budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Oversee deliverables, ensuring they meet  internal teams, client and online  platform specifications.
• Handle asset management, backups, and archival of. Project related assets, working files and renders.
• Ensure all creative revisions and feedback are implemented effectively.
• Work closely with the Art Director, CD, and the Account Management team to ensure creative, pipeline and targeted profits are being met and are on track respectively. 
• Strong project management skills (aka, the ability to efficiently and effectively get things done yourself and through other people) and getting management tools implemented.

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

• 4-5 years of proven experience as a Post Producer or Post Supervisor in animated series, preferably in animated content for kids.
• Strong understanding of animation pipelines and post-production workflows.
• Understanding and knowledge of post-production tools and software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Avid, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate across teams.
• Familiarity with  online and social media platforms and their deliverables and technical requirements (aspect rations, cutdowns, frame rates and upload)
• Knowledge of sound mixing, color grading, and VFX integration processes.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working on long-format animated series. 
• Understanding of kids' content sensibilities and audience engagement. (Not a must)
• Experience with remote workflows and cloud-based collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with dubbing, localization. 
• Prior experience working with International brands, animation/ VFX studios and having a deep understanding of building processes and pipelines for  long form content.
