About the role

We are looking for a Creator Partnerships - Research and Strategy, who shares our passion for shaping culture by combining talent, tech and data and building a strong company image globally for Kulfi’s 3 core verticals (Supari Studios, Post Office and Keeda Media).
The Creator Partnerships - Research and Strategy will be responsible for recommending creators for Meta AI use cases using a combination of on-platform research and analysis of content performance patterns. They play a crucial role in extracting insights, identifying trends and creators, and providing actionable recommendations to drive our content strategies forward.
A day in the life of a Creator Partnerships - Research and Strategy
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to collect and analyse data related to social media performance, engagement, and audience behaviour.
- Conduct audience analysis to understand user behaviours, preferences, and trends on platforms like Instagram (primarily), and others, if needed.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for IG and Meta AI-specific strategies to enhance engagement and reach
- Conduct regular research on the AI landscape in India, key consumer insights around AI usage and adoption and competitors’ intel.
- Conduct social listening on creator profiles to inform selection and content strategy.
- Build data-backed and business-driven cases for creator and content choices.
- Analyze performance, focusing on prompt trials (using Meta-provided tool access) over vanity metrics like follower growth..
- Identify patterns in content and Meta AI use cases in order to brief creators and refine strategic approach..
- Deliver monthly and quarterly strategy reports and recommendations to Meta with actionable insights.
- Continuously monitor and identify patterns, platform trends, algorithm changes, opportunities and industry best practices to adapt AI creation strategies for content recommendations.
- Track cultural moments and trends, AI-focused consumer use cases, and optimise for methodology/process to improve upon quantity and quality of moments recorded.
- Foster a growth mindset and culture in line with the company’s values

Creator Recommendations
- Number of actionable insights and creator recommendations provided
- Creator Selection KPIs: Justify choices with social listening data (e.g., audience interests, successful content IPs, demographic targeting).
- Content Strategy KPIs: Identify high-performing content formats (e.g., humor, specific hooks) to maximize engagement and trials.
- Proactive Campaigns: Propose strategic campaigns to Meta proactively (e.g., festival-themed content)..
Business KPIs
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Impact on increasing conversion rates through data and research-backed strategies.
- Number of projects successfully completed in collaboration with cross functional teams
Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase
- 3+years of experience in a relevant field (such as Influencer Strategy, Marketing, or related fields).
- Strong understanding and experience in social media platforms especially Instagram/Meta, their analytics, insights generation and audience analysis, platform strategy
- Familiarity with media analytics concepts, including impression tracking, click-through rates, conversion tracking, etc.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Excel, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools.
- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
