About the role
Kulfi Collective is looking for a Senior Account Lead to drive strategy and execution for a high-impact, tech-first brand operating at the intersection of culture, creators, and digital communities.
This role requires strong account leadership, deep understanding of India’s creator ecosystem, and the ability to manage large-scale influencer mandates while delivering measurable business impact.
A day in the life of a Sr. Account Lead - Influencer Marketing
- Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive retention, cross-selling, upselling, and overall account growth.
- Lead multiple social and influencer workstreams, ensuring seamless execution across campaigns.
- Develop and execute scalable, creator-led marketing strategies aligned to clear goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Translate briefs into insight-led, performance-driven plans and monthly social programming aligned to brand calendars.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and account P&L are effectively managed.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and nurture relevant creator talent for long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate influencer contracts, including deliverables, usage rights, and commercial terms; act as the primary escalation point for creator-related matters.
- Monitor, review, and optimize creator performance and partnership outcomes to maximize impact.
- Track digital trends, platform shifts, and evolving creator ecosystems to inform strategy.
- Partner cross-functionally (account management, creative, strategy) to unlock monetization and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate dashboards and trackers for talent performance, revenue, and growth metrics.
- Analyze data using Excel and reporting tools to identify trends, gaps, efficiencies, and new opportunities.
- Present clear, data-backed insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase
- 4–6 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing
- Proven experience working with youth-centric or digital-first brands
- Experience managing high-volume, large-scale influencer mandates
- Strong understanding of India’s digital content and creator landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate in a fast-paced environment
