About the role
At Kulfi Collective, we are on a mission to make the world (wide web) a brighter place, one incredible story at a time. We are seeking an Intern who will be responsible for managing our database of variable talent and expanding the talent community

This person will be working very closely with the Sr. Lead - Talent Partnerships and their team, assisting in day to day database management, scouting profiles and closing contracts.

A day in the life of an Intern - Talent Acquisition

• Get familiar with our variable hiring model and support the team in its day to day execution
• Maintain and update our talent database - ensuring profiles across our roles are current, relevant and verified
• Assist the team through the recruitment cycle from identifying great talent to supporting documentation, contracts and onboarding
• Coordinating with different departments to ensure the new talent process is being followed
• Track key learnings by capturing wins and misses and share updates with the wider team
• Contribute to talent sourcing by recommending artists and collaborators for current and upcoming projects
• Stay tuned into industry trends, rising talent and the evolving creative landscape

• A high-quality, well-organized talent database with 100% verified and up-to-date profiles
• A growing, diverse ecosystem of potential creative partners and collaborators for Kulfi Collective
• Meeting (and exceeding!) monthly hiring and project support goals alongside the team

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

• Previous internships in production, talent management and content creation 
• A passion for story telling, creative work, and emerging technologies
• Understanding of content production workflows across formats and platforms
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendars) and MS Office
• Proactive, self-starter attitude - able to work independently while staying aligned and communicative with the team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and \concise manner
