Join a team of engineers developing on one of the most advanced data driven decision systems in the banking industry, creating real-time customer experiences and backend services that determine the credit worthiness of applicants and decision customers on new credit card products.

As a Product Owner, you'll lead the effort to build out services that support credit decision microservices, determining which card products can be assigned to new applicants. These are always-on systems that need to be highly resilient and stable with 99.99% uptime requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute technical product strategies for client initiatives.
  • Lead engineering teams focused on the development of highly resilient applications.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports.
  • Align product development efforts with business goals and customer requirements.
  • Leverage agile methodologies to ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile product management or ownership, with a proven ability to lead and support Scrum teams.
  • Strong technical foundation with background in software engineering, platform design, or solutions architecture is a major plus.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms, ideally focused on AWS.
  • Comfortable working with Golang-based applications (a plus, not required).
  • Demonstrated success in project management and delivery, with strong strategic planning capabilities.
  • Skilled in navigating non-matrixed environments and managing initiatives that evolve beyond the original scope.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly convey complex concepts to both technical and senior business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $205,000 annually
This range reflects the base salary that we reasonably expect to pay a Senior Product Owner. Actual compensation may vary depending on relevant factors including experience, skills, location, and client billing.
